Kitchen Chef

$3,000.00 per month (including room & board)plus a share of the tip pool. 48 - 52 hours per week. Planning and preparing quality meals for 65 guests and 15 staff on a daily basis.  Cover Assistant Chef's days off.

This job requires skills in menu planning, cost control, sanitation and safety awareness training and implementation, kitchen staff  training, waste control management, stock ordering, and excellent guest and staff relationship skills.  Must be a self-starter, motivated and creative individual who works well under pressure and is a top team leader.  ServeSafe certification required.

Assistant Chef

Kitchen Assistant

$8.00 per hour plus share of tip pool. 40 hours per week. Modest housing and meals available (Charge is based on Federal/State minimum weekly allowances - approximately $100/wk).

This position provides assistance to the Kitchen Chef and Assistant Chef, preparing salads, desserts, buffet lunches and other chores as needed.

Kitchen Maintenance

$8.00 per hour plus share of tip pool. 40 hours per week. Modest housing and meals available (Charge is based on Federal/State minimum weekly allowances - approximately $100/wk).

This position consists of bussing and cleaning of all dining dishes, utensils and cutlery. Requires maintenance of a clean and sanitary food preparation facility.
