Dining
Registered guests recieve meals at the ranch based on American Plan rates. Emphashizing fresh fruits and
vegetables as well as innovative recipes, our Chef's culinary creations are hearty and nutritious. Dinner is served at your table in our Dining Room and breakfast and lunch are buffet style. Vegetarian and special dietary needs can be accommodated with advance notice.
Sack lunches may be requested the night before for those wishing to take a hike for the day, which might span the noon hour.
Our wine selection is made from choice California vintners and includes a fine selection of red, white, blush and sparkling varieties. Foreign and domestic beer is served as is a special selection of fresh squeezed juices and after dinner coffees and teas. Sodas and bottled waters are available for refreshment in between meals at our lodge "ice buckets". Beverages ordered during meals or from the lodge are charged to your room.
Midway between Canada and Mexico, hikers passing through on the Pacific Crest Trail, can arrange for meals and mail or food cache deliveries.
